Rental Costs aren’t adding up

I’ve looked up several places using your site that states rentals explicitly via Airbnb are way cheaper than they actually are in reality for 3, 6, 9, and 12 month rentals. Not sure how you guys track this but the numbers are way off, not even close to actual costs for a normal 1 bedroom place.

example: Show cities that are equally as safe or safer than x city. Or cities with equal or better health care than x city (great for comparing two locations)

Add Language Proficiency Data (e.g. % of English Speakers)

Add a data field showing the approximate percentage of people who speak a language in a given city, region, or country. The percentage can be rounded to the nearest 10% for simplicity. If city or region-level data is unavailable, fall back to country-level estimates.
