Verify email not working on mobile

I want to let you know that the registration confirmation email button & link do not work on mobile at all. They only worked on my PC.

Second, as I tried to make a feedback post here, I tried logging with my nomadlio account but it kept telling me I cannot. Then it took a while to realize this is a separate website that needs its own account, which is confusing.
