Add time zone information

Please add in information about timezones for locations, and the ability to filter by time zones. My work is based in the US and it would be really nice to be able to filter through the closest timezones to that. I know the US is a big range (hawaii to new york), so maybe something could be implemented that allows me to select my preferred time zone, and then how much of a difference I am willing to accept.
